So beautiful 🌹Thank you for all the details while you work! Pressing on the cutter in slightly before you add the details is a fabulous tip! Can i ask what kind of clay you prefer?

Hi! Thank you so much ☺️ do you mean which brand of clay? I have only used premo Sculpey and Cernit translucent so far. Would love to try more brands but polymer clay is not cheap to get here in Australia😢I found cernit translucent crumbly and hard to condition. Premo translucent is much easier to work with! I also love colour mixing and make own colours ☺️

What brand of clay did you use?
How many hours did you bake and temperature?
Did you use tent technique while baking?
Did you soak them in cold water after baking? Thank you

      Hey!
I used sculpey premo in this video and normally I bake them for an hour at 130 degrees. When I have to bake twice (like adding thin backing) I usually bake around 45 mins each time and I do tent while baking. I believe you can’t really over bake clay as long as your oven temp is right for the brands of clay.
I don’t soak my pieces in cold water after baking, I don’t know if that will do anything really?🤔

@@MaoSeach is 1 hour not over bake clay?

Sorry didn’t notice your reply! No, if your oven temp is right you can’t overbake clay. I use an oven thermometer to make sure my oven temp won’t go over 130 degrees or too low for long and I have not had overbaked clay yet!

Thank you for a lovely tutorial. I have been interested in making tiny flowers and this perfectly explains how. Just a question though, wouldn't it be easier to place the stems and leaves first and then place the flowers on top? 👍🫶✌️😊

Thank you so much ☺️❤️ you’re absolutely right! I often don’t exactly know where to place flowers and leaves and in that case I would put flowers first so it’s easier (for me!) to see overall balance. If I’d make this again in the same shape I will place stems and leaves if that makes sense😅
